The only way we really know what we look like is by seeing ourselves in the mirror.
Mirrors are everywhere, in hallways, restrooms, motorways, hidden driveways and some people carry miniature mirrors in their hand-bags & pockets.
My teenage boy spends countless hours in front of one, gelling his hair, finding, prodding and exterminating his spots.
The mirror can be source of encouragement, or a place of humiliation and despair.
So what comes to mind when you think of mirrors?
Are you exited by them?
Do you look forward to the image they reflect?
Do you avoid mirrors?
Do you spend hours and hours examining yourself?
Take a few minutes, find a mirror, stare at it and write whatever your heart tells to. Let your imagination captivate the real life image.
